Google Doodle: Who was Satyendra Nath Bose and why Google paid tribute to him

Satyendra Nath Bose was born on 1 January 1894, he was an Indian mathematician and a great scientist in theoretical physics.

He is remembered for his contributions to the field of quantum mechanics in the 1920s.

He had established Bose Statistics and Bose Condensate. He was also awarded Padma Vibhushan by the Government of India in 1954.

From 1916 to 1921, he was a lecturer in the Physics Department of the Rajabazar Science College, University of Calcutta.

He made his contribution in promoting from the study of science to the study of Bengali. He said goodbye to this world on 4 February 1974.
